The 2nd Annual Resource and Wellness Expo, hosted by Caremate Wellness Solutions, will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center, 1403 Washington Street, Dallas, TX 75210.

Gate 3 (Main Entrance):
Look for the silver pull gate — it will be open for the event.
Simply drive straight ahead to reach the Briscoe Center.
Gate 2 (Alternate Route):
Follow the pink line on the parking map.
Enter through Gate 2, cross Pan Am Gate, and continue directly to the Briscoe Center.
When you arrive, our friendly volunteers and clear event signage will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Exhibitor Information
Organizations interested in showcasing their services can apply to exhibit at the expo. For-profit organizations are required to pay a $250 exhibitor fee, while non-profit organizations and state agencies can exhibit for free. Exhibitor registration includes one six-foot table and two chairs. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring handouts, promotional materials, signage, QR codes, or digital information, as well as a door prize for raffles. Lunch will be provided free of charge for registered exhibitors.
